Whether you are writing letters for business or for pleasure there is one product that you should use and it is a good tip as well. That is to give out return address labels in all correspondence. I would go further to say that you should not just include one return address but a few. Why?

Well firstly return address labels are so cheap if bought in bulk that a couple of them sent in correspondence wouldn’t’ make a hole in your pocket. Secondly what would you do with a spare address label that someone has given you? Well I’d stick mine in my address book or on my notice board in the kitchen I certainly wouldn’t throw it away as it is so handy. I may even use it to stick on the envelope giving correspondence back.

So in fact you may well be prompting a reply with this tactic of sending a couple of return address labels, especially if they are customised to the size that could be put on an envelope. This is ideal in business and most convenient for most recipients of letter that you would want a reply to.
